October 14, 201015 yr hello i am doing the lumbridge hard tasks but do not have 57 runecrafting, i know that it is possible to do it under 57 runecrafting. I was wondering how that could be achieved. (e.g. explaining luck, levels, resources)
October 14, 201015 yr Wearing the explorer's ring (at least (2)) gives you a 10% chance of crafting extra elemental runes. This with the possibility of getting extra runes per essence based on level makes it possible to complete the requirement at less than the specified level, though how much less I can't say.

Only the chance to get extra runes count.
