Teleport to Karamja?

Hi all,

 

I just saw a youtube vid where the guy seemed to teleport back and forth between the Castle Wars bank and the banana plantation on Karamja. But I don't know any way of teleporting to that spot. Does anyone else? Or maybe I'm getting the location wrong and it's a banana plantation elsewhere, in which case please correct me.
