I can get them all in the right position except that last one. Right now they are all correct except the orange one, but I cant get it right. What am I doing wrong?

It's best just to look up a guide for it. *cough*i think runewiki has one*cough*. You can reset the puzzle by talking to the bird.

 

But if you choose to figure it out, then i guess you're on your own.
