Music Locations Guide Label Corrections

Hello,

 

I have a F2P account and I have never been a member. However, when I was going through the Music Guide I noticed there are some tracks labeled as P2P that are unlocked on my account. I do not know where I got them from, but I am certain they can be unlocked on F2P servers, simply because I have never logged into a P2P server:

 

Dragontooth Island

Gunnarsgrunn

Magic and Mystery

The Pact

 

Also, while I am posting here I might as well state a few spelling inconsistencies I noticed:

 

Guide -> Runescape

 

Gunnarsgunn -> Gunnarsgrunn

Honky Tonky Harmony -> Honkytonky Harmony

Honky Tonky Medieval -> Honkytonky Medieval

Honky Tonky Newbie Melody -> Honkytonky Newbie Melody

Honky Tonky Parade -> Honkytonky Parade

Honky Tonky Sea Shanty -> Honkytonky Sea Shanty

All those songs are definitely members, there was a bug a while back where free accounts randomly unlocked members songs.

The latter three have unlock hints that suggest they are unlocked during F2P quests, so if that is true then it is quite misleading. If it is indeed true then I'm sorry for wasting people's time.

Ah I stand corrected the latter 3 (Gunnar's Ground, Swept Away and The Blood Pact) are indeed from free quests. But the first is definitely members only.

Note: I am not the most familiar person with the game so if I make an error, please point it out. I attempted to seek out most of these myself.

 

I have attempted to compile a list of mislabeled F2P music locations in the guide and I categorized them as follows:

 

Should be listed as P2P -- These, as far as I can tell, are members only locations and therefore cannot be gained by F2P players. I may be wrong about one or more of these, please point it out if so!

Distant Land - Burgh de Rott area (Nature Spirit)

Dream Theatre - Cutscene in the quest Defender of Varrock

Gaol - Gu'Tanoth

Hell's Bells - Trollweiss area north of Trollheim (Troll Romance)

Mudskipper Melody - Mudskipper point area

Pest Control - Pest Control Activity

Zaros Stirs - Upon entering the restored temple at the end of the Temple at Senntisten

 

Verification recommended -- I thoroughly checked Legion, and I visited several Red Spider areas in the wilderness but did not unlock Cavern. I briefly tried to get Moody but I am less certain that it is an error than I am for the others.

Cavern - Yanille Agility dungeon, Red spider area in the Wilderness

Legion - Bandit Camp in the wilderness, Barbarian Outpost area

Moody - Wilderness, west of lower leveled Chaos altar, South of West Ardougne

After running around on a level 3 account for a few hours I've come to the following conclusions:

 

Mudskipper Melody - Mudskipper point area

 

This is a free to play song.

 

It seems that Legion, Gaol and Moody are now P2p songs after having been F2p songs.

The rest have been corrected as you suggested.
