hard leather bodies, or gold ammies for profit

hill giants- 40, moss- 60, ice- 70 for max efficiency

never really, though 80+ is generally good.

1. Coal is never efficient, even for f2p. It's slow exp and slow money. Try iron instead, it'll be faster on both counts.

2. Highest you can make with leather I believe

3. Around 40-45

4. Eh I guess about 80-85 but they'll always be slow

1.Never, though the higher the better.

2.Highest leather.

3.Any level, though get 35+

4.Never, though the higher is the better.

5.I'm guessing you mean hill giants. About 40 or so.
