Usually, what's best to merchant; 3-dose or 4-dose potions?

If the potion had another use e.g. could be made into an extreme potion, it'd probably be 3-dose. But if it didn't, would it be 4-dose (normally)?

Buy 3-dosed, sell 4-dosed, pots can be decanted noted now.
