photoshop. sometimes people use paint, but you have to be VERY skilled

get 7.0.1 its much cheaper or be illegal and download lol... but photoshop is much better CS2 is latest and best so far though

But to be honest as people have yet again said it, pixels made in paint have no differece to thoose made in a 'better' program. It is still exactly the same. If you pixel in any program you are using zoom tool, a single pixel sized brush tool (some progs have this stead of pencil) or pencil toll and the colour palette. It's still exactly the same, I could easily transfer into doing my pixelling in paint, just as thoose in paint could easily do thier work in paint shop pro like i do. It just comes down to what program you are used to using
