Sagg arrows and Surgebox

So I bound sagg arrrow because I heard that can be alched for money to start a dungeon. It says I can't alch these. Am I doing something wrong? So now I need to decide do I bind the surgebox I have or laws or keep these arrows? I also had a gorg 2h bound.

Haha. Nevermind. Can't use the surgebox as I do not have 70 runecrafting. Keep the arrows or go for laws?

Sagg arrows haven't been alchable since occult floors were released. As you're not 99 ranged, bind some laws.
