This morning my own laptop crashed and now i using a borrowed one.

 

On my own laptop i run firefox and the extra feature doesn't work

On this one i install it in IE and now i have them working

 

Does someone know what i did wrong on my own laptop??

Also, what happened before your laptop crashed?

Sorry, I can't make sense of what you're saying. What is the extra feature, and what exactly is working once you've installed Firefox on the second laptop?
