Hey I've been having a problem/bug with Goblin Diplomacy, i have the armors all colored and ready, but wen i speak to the generals to start the quest, they just tell me to go away, they are 'busy'. Does anyone know a way around this??

You don't start the quest at the goblin generals. You start it int the pub at Port Sarim.
