With divine, around 500-550 lp, no divine I'd go a bit higher, 600-650 - this is one dose, unless you're being raped. Maximum should be 2 doses, and if you have to heal further, you should use the food drops and unicorn (if yak is dead obv.) If you're 1-lped, spam-brew :P

 

What else is there to know about brewing in bandos?

Timeable for your attacks, although I'm sure you already know that. A good tip is to have your yak filled with brews, and everything else (restores, teles, scrolls, extra pouches) in your inventory, to avoid having to right-click and open your bobs inventory, which is easily interrupted, because you can just use the option to take your bobs inventory.

EEE. SGS/claws are argueably better, because of the higher healing and the anti-crasher function, but EEE is so much easier, and you won't have to remove your shield, potentially causing a lot of damage.

600 lp is generally the safe limit.

 

drink and ovl and then use up all your spec bar, takes 5 mins to recharge so it will coincide
