i simply want tips on what i should look for in a fliping item, what NOT to flip, and tell me good cc's ("lol" is gone :( ) for a laugh.

If it's stable, it's good. That's the rule I follow.

Yeah, what Zaaps said is pretty much right. You're looking to make steady profits and a fairly stable item will always make you money with less risk. Flipping a rising or crashing item can lead to much larger profits but with a lot more risk involved.
