so i keep thinking of cool names i'd like to have, and a lot of them dont show up in highscores, or have a clan chat, but they will show up normally if you add them as a friend or ignore.

 

does anyone know what general method jagex uses to determine which names to reopen?

 

i kinda sucks when it seems these accounts are either banned or abandoned and the names are unavailable.

The hit accounts that are perma banned.

Or have been inactive for years, especially if they are f2p and have like no stats abve tutorial level.

They announce when names are freeded up in the news.
