Fastest magic exp.

Is the hunter kit spell the fastest way to get 99 magic using noncombat magic? If not what is because i really want to get 99 magic. I have 70m cash, but do not want to spend it all.

I think plank make is faster.

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts

It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).

I think Hunter Kit is around 200k xp/hr and the fastest non-combat method of training magic and will cost you around 50m gp (I think). Another option is the plank make spell which is a bit slower (between 150k-170k I think) but cheaper. Hope this helps.
