When i decided to take a break from RS about 1 - 2 years ago ish, I bought an Amulet of Fury for ~5mil. Recently I price checked it to see what price it was and to my astonishment it is almost 20mil!

Any ideas on how this came about?

Thanks, John.

Onyx update a while ago(you can't sell runes/items to the Tzhaar shops anymore), plus an uncut onyx is 2.7M tokkul at the moment(the drop rates for tokkul have been bumped up quite a bit).

So, do you think it will drop in price in the next month or so?

I may sell, replace with glory and buy back at a later date.

It will never drop.

As covered tokkul are harder to get now and the onyx costs much more; this is the reason for the high value.

I'd say keep it (although it depends on your bank status). It's a usefull piece of item worth it if you do combat a lot + it won't change price soon.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm going to keep it as I do not need the money and all I do is slayer.
