Is the ring of wealth the only item that will help increase your chances of rare monster drops?

Yes, but it increases your chance of getting worthless drops like d med, d spear, gems, crystal keys, aswell as getting less "nothing" drops. I'd get another ring if I were you.

 

Edit: There's a rumour that Jennica's ring will increase the chance of sigils when fighting corp, but that's probably not true.

^ This, Items such as Whips,Dark Bows,Visage, D boots, Ect. arent affected by the Ring of Wealth. This goes for all "Monster Specific" drop's.

I'm not sure if Jennica's ring works on Corp, but it does work on Revenants.
