December 23, 201015 yr Go to the mage arena and talk to the guy in blue robes about it, it's pretty self-explanatory. You'll need some coins (forget the exact amount, but it's under 100k), and casts for 100 of the god spell of your choice. You also need some other offensive magic to kill a really easy boss. I recommend unlocking claws of Guthix and then getting a void mace from Pest Control/Conquest. Not only does it have the most useful PvM effect (draining defense), but it's the only one compatible with a damage boosting staff.
