by the way i made this on paint so if you think its on put could be better could you recommand a program to use to make it better. :D

Looks good. The quality suffers though, try saving it as a png.

 

 

 

also it looks like you copied and pasted RS characters and drew over them a bit, i could be wrong.

The quilty looks a bit dodgy, although i would rather have that one than a sig like the one you have.

It's a bit blurry/jagged (edges) so no, not really. Maybe 25k?
