Solo Bandos/Kril

Featured Replies

Hello TIF!

I know there is many of these threads out there but i want to know if i can solo bandos or Kril with my stat's? I have Exts and Uni. I dont have Turmoil/OVL's or Chaotics(Working on getting my rapier slowly but surely) and ill be using basically waledfare gear as i dont have tons of money. I have V skirt, Black d'hides, Whip, Dragon Defender. Stats are in my siggy.

P.S Also i tried TD's before but without a uni i wasnt managing any more than 2 kills/trip. I was wondering if i could maybe do better now that i have a uni and ext's.

I know i will get crashed i have a back up plan for that, I just want to know if i can solo Graador

Im pretty sure if you are above lvl 90 you "can" solo bandos. Just isnt efficient. Looking at your stats, you very well could solo bandos @ about 5 a trip.

Cool thats what i was looking for, i know i will likely get crashed i've got 3 friends coming to bandos with me that are going to wait outside incase someone comes. They have OVL's,Claws,Turm, and Chaotics so i should be ok with their backup :) Now to my TD Question.

Using:

Rune Bolts/Broad bolts

Glory

Black d'hide top

Neitiznot helm

Verac Skirt

Dragon Boots

Barrows Gloves

Rune Crossbow

Unholy book/Dragon Defender

Ring of Life

Ardy Cloak 3

Invo before consisted of:

Darklight

Dragon Halberd

Whip

Super Att

Super Str

Ranging Potion

Sapphire Lantern

8 p pots

Rest sharks with tort full of sharks

Presumably you meant to add whip for TDs? Besides that my only change would be to choose either unholy book or dragon defender- switching every kill is too annoying to be worthwhile. Personally I'd choose defender because it makes a big difference in getting the shield off faster with darklight, but unholy book has a nice prayer bonus if you're worried about prayer potion cost.

You'll be killing them slowly due to your ranged level and lack of ext ranged potions, but assuming you can pull off switching well it's still quite worthwhile. Watch out for crashers, because they don't mess around at TDs- if someone has a grudge they can pull 5 or 6 TDs over and let them loose on you.

Crashers are my main worry, im still learning how to lure and switch effectivly so i probably still wont get a lot of kills per trip and my biggest fear is getting crashed.

You could bring a lantern, unicorn and its scrolls. Replace halberd w/ claws or else u can leave halberd. Bring 2 more ppots so you can have piety on during the whole fight

Personally, I switch between piety and eagle eye, although you have to get better at prayer switching before you do that. Frankly, crashers at TD's don't seem to be a problem. I've never had much of a problem, although lately I've had to hop a few worlds first. I actually had crashers on my last trip, but the odd thing was I was there with them for like 20-30 minutes before they started crashed me, by attacking the TD I was attacking (which they claimed was their spawn) AFTER they attacked the one that I thought was my spawn. And left that one just under half HP. Both of them were higher level with chaotic....

I think they tried to mess luring up for me too. Never worked o_O

Honestly, if you do get crashers at TDs, it should be easy for you to find a safe spot from them and just hop.

Buying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.

Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:

You must not be using a good spot if you aren't being crashed much. It's become kind of a problem at the best spot lately.

Eh, I don't go that often. I did notice on that last trip that I had to hop a fairly large amount of worlds to find an open one. Fairly sure I am using the best spot o_o

Maybe if I went more often I'd notice it more.

You could very well solo the general I did it and had lower stats than you do. Goodluck! ;)
