Returning veteran needs a lot of help!

So I just recently started playing Runescape again. Here are my stats and gear:

 

Stats:

CB level: 63

Atk: 63

Str: 50

Def: 44

Range: 25

Mage: 25

Prayer: 20

 

Gear:

Full Rune with kite and rune boots

Obby cape

Dragon Long/DDS++

Amulet of Glory

Ring Of Wealth

1m Cash

 

Where should I be training? What should I be trying to level up and to where? I am currently training on Green Dragons in the lv 21 wildy, it's semi-slow exp but great money. Please help, I wanna be 70 attak by tonight! 350k away!

Start off by selling the Long and buying a Scimmy. I would start training via Slayer. I would start off by getting all of your combat stats to level 70. This include Attack, Strength, Defense, Range, Prayer, and Mage. Prayer will cost you a lot of money, but it is worth it. Just start saving up the money you get and spend it on bones. I'm sure others will have conflicting ideas, but really, it's up to you.

Train prayer in other's houses with gilded altars at world 31 in yanille. Its easier than burying and you get 350% more exp when burners are lit, which they should be constantly if other people are doing it. Buy dragon bones, big bones just save a lil bit and are alot slower.

a reasonably fun and profitable way of training is to train through slayer.

 

if you really want combat levels fast, i'd advise doing bandits because you can basically last forever there and need to pay little attention.

 

at some pt get 85 dg and do frost dragons for money

Just go to w31 yanille, and go to house portal and ask for who's house it is, alternatively you can go on the main forums under events and look for house listings their. What you actually do is go into their house, then you go to the alter, and click them with the bones. I don't remember what the actual function is called but, you get the gist of it.

Ahhh I see. I do need bones though. I only have 1M, and I was trying to get 70 attack so that I can wield a Whip. Bandits, are they better than green dragons to train?

Yes, at your level they are. Just make sure you have food and a god item, and you're ready to go.

bandits are verygood xp for low attention

if you want fastest possible xp you can consider armoured zombies but idk if you can do them at your stats

I am actually doing the Bandits now. I need food (unfortunately) but it is great. I'd say 6-7 more hours til 70 attack...yay :)
