Website listed clue location as (To the West of the Gnome Maze on the river's edge. Directly across the river from the Observatory (not far from Fairy Ring CIQ))

01.13 East

 

Clue was labeled as

00.05 North

01.13 East

 

Location is just a few squares of listed location
