Try to do all except your top 10 floors as c1 smalls, then do those last 10 as c6 meds. When you've completed every floor, be sure to reset your prestige by clicking that button that says 'reset' on your party interface. There's really not much else to know, besides how to kill the bosses, but a quick look on tip.it or rswiki should take care of that.
