How does blood necklace work with shadow silk hood?

 

Can you kill anything which can't see you over time or if you damage the enemy with the necklace it attacks you?

blood necklace special ability does not trigger aggro.

you can, for example, sit next to the mages @ thunderous and heal off them.

 

but in all honestly you probably won't notice the blood necklace's effect much :P
