if you use photoshop go to image>image size and den shrink it to an appropriate size

 

 

 

because boundries are constrained so its doesn bcome out of proportion you need to get it so it fits in the requirements of 300*150 but u may come out wif a smaller size width wise than usual

nope, photoshop doesnt work for me(thanx bill gates and gateway for supplying me with this wonderfull os) i use the gimp program thing thats free
