I have a 16" Samsung HDTV; it reads "Mode Not Supported."How can I get to watch movies? It's apparently loading and I saw a flash of a scene but other than that, it's blank. stevepole Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 The only thing I'm coming up with is that your video cable could be causing the problem. stevepole Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 It could be a glitch in the netflix software. Try reporting it to both netflix and Microsoft and see if any of them can troubleshoot it for you. I can't think of anything else that could explain it.
