only thing I'd ever want go to the RSOF, is for the occasional Jmod confirmation.

 

is there a quick way to do this? without writing your own application to trawl the forums for you?

Not really. I believe you can look up the profiles of specific Jagex Mods though and see the topics they've been posting on and find their posts.
