Alright, Runescape where do we start? JAGEX you guys have made an awesome game in which we are all completely amazed by i mean why else would we play it?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are a few issues and suggestions that im going to talk about in this post including POH's, Horses, the economy and the attitude of players.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Firstly i am a member, just thought i'd let you all know that!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why keep asking when POH's are going out i read post after post about it! I mean really the more you post about it umm... nothing is going to happen! I mean posting about POH's isnt going to make them come out any faster saying that POH's arent going to work and criticsing them before they've come out is also rediculous saying that they'll be great is also a bit hard to understand they haven't come out yet so nobosy kows what there going to be like obviously JAGEX haven't finished making the POH's! Perfecting every little thing in such an enormous update would be very time consuming so i ask that people wait patiently! I personally think that POH's will be a fine addition to the great game.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Horses! Yes i am going to talk about horses! The idea is great i mean who wouldnt want to be able to move around the world of runescape double even triple the speed without teleporting? Thats what i thought! The simple fact though is that such an update would create so much lag on servers that it would be almost unbareable to dial up players. So until the whole world has mmoved forward in the feild of techniologuy and more then 90% of all places are connected to broadband then there is no hope of horses working well in the world of runescape even if they were only able to be used on special servers that people could goto to be able to utilize there horse.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Runescapes economy is a fluctuating living spiral of numbers! People go on and onabout how rares should be removed. I disagree! I don't have any rares. But i admire those who have worked hard enough to obtain one or many or have hung on to there rares from day one and been rewarded by there persistance! As much as people say the prices are rediculous it is shearly a remark towards those that they are jelous of!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The attitudes of players in Runescape is normally really good i get along with most people but then you meet those people that are just annoying and rude! Guys get a life if you cant play runescape nicely and have fun with every1 else then dont play! i'm level 72 i don't think i'm good at all but when a leel 12 comes up and says your a noob because you won't buy any of my assorted crap in which i picked up from around the corner i get a little annoyed!!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And so these are the main issues in which i have read the ost posts about in the last hour or so in this section of the forum. And these are my views!

 

 

 

If you don't like it then become a member and block me! And stop whinging about how P2P get all these updates! What have you ever done for JAGEX?

Most posts, regarding POHs, are complaining about how they are 6 months late. They were ment to be released at the same time as Farming.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Horses were suggested a while ago. Jagex finally gave into demand and gave everyone the option of having one. However, buying it from Diango was never expected. Nor was the fact that when you rid it you char shouted, "C'mon Dobbin, we can win the race!".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jagex can't control the the price of rares. Rares are rare. What does everyone expect?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I agree there are many people that act like nine year olds. Just stick them on your ignore list. Problem solved.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Obviously Jagex don't give F2p updates. Jagex would rather work on POHs :lol: .

i dont really see why people want POHs. go play sims if you want POHs. id rather have cool new quests and weapons and armour sets, but thats just me.

 

 

 

horses should only be a mini game, in game it just wouldnt work. it just wouldnt fit on your screen. the day jagex adds horses to the game is the day ill quit. perhaps as like a jousting mini game (jousting = 2 knights riding on horses towars eachother trying to wack eachother with big lances and knoching the other one off his horse. very peaceful)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and id like to ask you, why do you point out that your a member? like that matters? you really do think your better than a F2P just because you pay 5 bucks to play some computer game. you, sir, disgust me.

POH are a major update and currently are so hyped-up that they cannot be perfect and jagex will lose loads of people(because they dont know what they want). So instead of taking the blame that houses are rubbish, they are delaying the problem, untill they know what we want.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Horses are not the end of it, people want a fast way of getting around, without going to a particalur place(like gliders). They also want something that they can control, because teleporting just doesn't cut it anymore. People need to go faster and faster.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jagex curses rares, they are useless like bobble hats but because they are limited and tradeable... Jagex has no way of making everyone happy. People either want rares to show off or to sell:

 

 

 

The people who want to show off, have paid loads for the hats and there for don't want to lose that

 

 

 

The people who sell them don't want lose profits from merchanting them.*

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As people get better and better most get the idea that they are going to get begged and stuff by newbs(to a lesser extent noobs). Simple ways to fix this are as follows:

 

 

 

Kill all noobs(will never happen)

 

 

 

make people only able to level a few skills, this forces people to communicate(will never happen)*

 

 

 

Don't talk to anyone(makes the problem worse)

 

 

 

Talk to people and hope for the best**(will most likely get no replie and those who replie have about a 1 in 5 chance of calling you a noob)

 

 

 

Reset everyone and then go communist(will never happen)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

F2P has the right to minior updates, such as:

 

 

 

graphics

 

 

 

Sound

 

 

 

Speeding up f2p skills(runecrafting)

**Ok I have try talking to everyone going in and out of faldor and varrock, only 10 in 54 +70 spoke to me, only 30 in 84 10-70 spoke to me and 4 in 5 10- spoke to me and Im level 73.

My point on rares was to say that Yes they are rareif you have a rare congratulations! Thats exactly what i expect!

Lord if you don't want it then don't play! Jeez i'm just expressing what i beleive to be the issues in runescape i said that i'm a member so that you could understand that thats the poiont of view that im taking i can understand why you don't like that obviously your not a member! like you said it's only $5 (in my case $12 like it matters though stil worth it) stop complaining and get membership!

POH's will be a fine addition to the game in many respects it will be good for JAGEX drawing players that play such games as the SIMS! I know im intrigued to c how POH's interact with the game but im'm not going to go and on about it How can you say that you're going to quit the day POH's come out or horses they haven't come out yet so you don;t know how they will work with the rest of the game!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I remember when RS2 first came out and every1 was like OMG! it's got a different camera angle and you can move up and down and stuff like that and were critising cos theyd only used it for 5minutes! Turns out that RS2 wasn't that bad ey? or did the rest of you all just decide that there weren't enough ppl playing RSC?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think i'm just rambling now but can any1 c what im saying??? I hate it how people say thats not going to work! Kings said that da vinci couldn't paint and hes he most well known painter in the world! Yeh cos none of his painting were good! ( obviously im being sarcastic there!)
