Can you please explain to me the task interface?

 

I got no idea what I need to do in the tasks?

 

I have done all beginner tasks but its now saying I have not. I have the ring.

I think there are some extra tasks there that you don't need to do for the rin.

So is it worth doing these tasks?

Define worth, some do it just for fun, or for the feel of achievement, but, the Lumbridge ring is only really useful if you do farming herb runs (So you can teleport to the cabbage patch)

Worth it for the EXP?

You don't really get any xp reward.

But if you do all of the ones in lumby you get around 550k cash reward.
