Hello, I want to know after the cities of the inactive accounts are being deleted, can the user get to choose the server again(by meaning of that, I mean different server and language)? Or he/she will be remained on the same server and language again but with no city?

I'm pretty sure they don't delete inactive accounts but rather ones with little to no rep. I'd assume if the server was full they wouldn't be able to get back on that server even if they had an account there originally that got deleted. I haven't had any experience with this though so these are mostly just assumptions based on logic/what I understand they are doing.

They tend to delete cities that are under (i think it was) something like 1k rep. This helps to clear out people who tried it and then decided not to play.
