I read this on RSwiki, but have heard also that healers only stop respawning if you kill them and Jad has less than half health. But I don't kill them, I just tank them as my defence level is allowing me to. Ranked as RS 3rd best Fogger of all times by Fog Elite, and is proud of it :)
