After completing DO No Evil , you can use ava's alerter to find an elite clue scroll. Currently there is 4 known spots. Information on this is found at http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ava%27s_alerter#Elite_Clue_Scroll I did this and got my clue scroll. :) alot of people don't know about this.

Btw, I have been using tip.it since 2001, hardly ever go to other sites for help, but when I was told about this, I had to share the wealth! :P
