I have just had an odd thought, when you get to 200m dungeoneering xp, can you still get tokens?

 

Actually for any skill at 200m xp is it still possible to "gain" xp for it even if it doesn't show?

Yeah, you keep on getting tokens. For any skill, getting 200m exp only means that you don't get any more exp added to the skill for actions, but you can always use them for anything other than gaining exp.
