February 11, 201115 yr what are the uses of developer console? i only know that typing ~displayfps shows you a few things. Is there anything usefull in developer console? if so what are they?
February 11, 201115 yr It's a better temporary notepad than the actual notepad. I use it while dungeoneering to remember what doors I've gated. If you mean uses it was intended for, try typing /help to get a full list of commands, and then try them all out. Displayfps is by far the most useful command. February 11, 201115 yr It's for tech-savvy people to diagnose problems with the client. If you don't know what it means, don't worry about it unless you have a problem running RS and someone helping you tells you to type something in the dev console and tell them what it spits out.
