February 15, 201115 yr So i saw that jagex was taking ideas for new emotes.....well i saw a video on youtube that was a skillcape for having level 99 in all combat and non combat skills. The emote was actually wonderfully amazing....if i had the link ide share it but im at school now so...can't. Anyway what do you all think about that am emote for having all 99's....the emote dose a short segment for every skill in runescape i think jagex could pull it off and make it look very awesome. Also, maby jagex should release a "skillcape" that litterally could take a half hour to get that way the f2p and p2p people that would never have the time to ahceve a 99 can finally have one, but with this skillcape it would give the ability to automaticly have a trimmed skillcape in every other runscape skill that actually takes lots of work and time? <font size="5" Color="dark orange" Font="comic">This is awesome</font><br><font size="15" Color="white" Font="brodway">ANGEL_SHIELD</font>

February 15, 201115 yr Easy to obtain skillcape?They released the obsidian cape before skillcapes, making the legends cape obsolete.I don't want this to happen again.If you want a good cape, you have to work for it.

Maybe all 99's in all Combat skills, that way, nothing is more obsolete after-the-fact. Come to my Clan chat (I'm there if I'm online) if you wish to borrow a Green H'ween mask, Blue H'ween Mask, Red H'ween Mask, or Santa for a reasonable price.

I mean, it's got the best offensive and defensive stats, but those stats aren't that much imo. Ardy Cape and Nomads cape are also great for a lot of high end combat, wihout the risk of losing a fire cape. Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller.
