Ok, im gonna do a void stares back in a week or two and i've looked at guides/videos and the pest queen looks TOUGH! I'll have 78 attack, 80 strength, 75 defence, 80 hitpoints, 55 summoning, and 61 prayer. What should my gear be, inventory, and anything else. Thanks !

3:1 brews to restores but you really shouldn't need it. terrorbird full of sharks.

I just completed this quest with similar stats, i used black d'hide body and chaps, nietz, d boots, d def, obby cape, and a glory. My inventory was a super set, 7 prayer pots (4), and the rest rocktails. I also brought a terrorbird full of rocktails. I beat the queen with 1 prayer pot and 2 rocktails left, best of luck to you :-D

The ratio is 1 dose of super restore completely counteracts the stat reductions from 3 doses of saradomin brew.

 

Have a mix of regular restores and super restores if you go that route because regular restores are a 4:1 ratio allowing for more healing.

 

Don't bother with super sets if you're going to use brews as you'll lose those boosted stats as soon as you heal.

 

You should be protecting melee so stack mage defense, a void set works great for the mage def, plus the set bonus for accuracy and max hit boosts.

 

For stats you can do it, it would obviously easier with piety so if 70 prayer is in your reach go for it, also a tortoise would be a worthwhile upgrade as well.

 

I used 4 prayer pots when I did it (i was 78 prayer) and the rest an inv and tort of rocktails. Equipment was full void+deflector subbed in barrows gloves, fury, dragon boots, berserker ring, SW cape, and korasi's sword.

 

Set your respawn to fally, as you can tele straight to your grave from talking to sir tiffy. Make sure to attack the defilers to aggro them off of your allys and do not miss your specs to interrupt her charge attack. In the beginning stay patient as the healers will out heal your damage, you will gain on them as the fight progresses.
