But it is like 41Kb instead of 30KB, I have tried in my sig but it looks pixelised. Anyone able to tell me how to reduce it?

unless imageshack makes the image a bigger file size, its 28.9kb. try it.

The image xdracontx gave you is 29kb.... :?
