But it is like 41Kb instead of 30KB, I have tried in my sig but it looks pixelised. Anyone able to tell me how to reduce it?

unless imageshack makes the image a bigger file size, its 28.9kb. try it.

The image xdracontx gave you is 29kb.... :?

What place should i use instead of image shack?

Imageshack works just fine, all you have to do is put this link> http://img415.imageshack.us/img415/4536/resized7la.jpg between image tags on your sig!
