What defence bonuses do I need to make sure I don't get attacked by any of the creatures (except mage). I went my first time with a 97 mage defence and 217 range and was fine. When I went back the rangers attacked me so I went to 272 range and 84 mage but now the reavers are aggro -.-

There is no set number of bonuses, as it takes into account invisible boosts too, like how your defense and magic levels effect your defense rolls.

-If you have 100+ mage defense, the Blood reavers won't attack

-If you have 240+ crush defense, the Ancient warriors won't attack

-If you have 200+ ranged defense, the Ancient Rangers won't attack

The above numbers and image are taken from the nex hunting guide in the General Guides section of these forums.

Mages will always be aggressive.
