Questions about magic and Runecrafting

I have two questions about magic and Runecrafting:

 

Question 1:

Magic

 

I'm at level 47 and I need to get level 55 Which spells would make me level up faster?

 

Question 2:

Runecrafting

 

I'm at level 36 going on level 37 I need to get to level 44 then form level 44 to level 65 i'm making body runes since i'm a F2P player is there anyway for my to level up faster?

For magic try doing Teleport to Falador or just use combat magic.

For Runecrafting I've heard body tiaras are good xp. When you get to 50rc try the Runecrafting activity. Another way you could try is making earth runes with an Explorer's Ring and Earth Runecrafting gloves.

If you look around, depending on GE prices - super heating isn't a bad idea.

You might even profit but the GE is crazy right now.

 

I think the fastest exp - you should just make earth runes.

Well using combat spells takes/uses a lot of runes so my only choice is the Teleportation spells.

Well the other three elemental runes Won't they give me more XP?

Superheating once the market has cooled is a good idea, and earth runes are good if you use the gloves from FoG (Not sure if they're technically worth it, but any less time spent rcing is worth it in my book).

Oh ok the reason why I asked this question is because i'm doing Dungeoneering it got a little hard on floor 18 so I had to train my prayer which I already have to level 43 my magic to level 55 and my RC to level 44 first then lvl 65 because most of the members runes in the p2p you are make plus my combat lvl as well but i'm not too worry about that.
