Can anyone let me know the start and end times in GMT please

Jagex hasn't given out times.

 

Usually however, it is turned on about midday of the starting day and then turns off morning of the day after it ends (GMT)

They have actually, the dev blog lists the start and end time. The start time is 12.00 pm GMT (Midday) on Friday, and the end time is till the end of Sunday, which would be 12.00 am GMT.
