My Ping Pong Game

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

I'm a new Java programmer and I've just recently written a ping pong game based off something I found.

I know it's not that great but I'd like to share it here for a bit of help.

I need some ideas on how to improve it because I'm stuck with ways to do so.

The source code can be found here: http://uppit.com/hy68wkt1dtxe/source.zip

I'd just like some feedback on what you thought was good and what improvements I could make because I've seen the good suggestions that people from here come out with for RuneScape!

Thank you, and enjoy playing!

removed jar file

Java, eh? I'll check out the source.

(I've been programming Java for a few years.)

The source looks pretty good, nothing malicious as far as I can see.

Tips:

- Add AI for one of the paddles, it's very likely that people will only play this by themselves.

- Add some sort of highscore tracking.

- Move on to bigger games.

Virus scan for the JAR file: http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=ae5c7327989a5d731997b6fab07223afa71674df3ee58279f6322ec5de98f971-1300632062

Hi,

I've moved your thread to our programming forum. I've also removed the jar file as we prefer people to compile your source themselves :)
