March 22, 201115 yr The Runescape Dungeoneering guide claims that non-members are able to craft staves up to catalitic at lvl 50 RC, but it seems like you need fletching to acquire any other staff than Tangle Gum. Have I discovered an oversight, or is there another way to get Tier 2-5 staves?
March 22, 201115 yr Last I checked we were only able to craft water staves. If you want a staff to bind I suggest going to complexity 1 where they give you a random magic staff.

It's always water. But in the Magic guide, under the Dungeoneering tab, staves up to Catalytic are not tagged "members"
March 23, 201115 yr I know I have gotten at least all of the elemental staves via c1s.The other thing which drops them is the unholy cursebearer boss.
March 23, 201115 yr it's a misprint in the guide, or an oversight by jagex that F2p CANNOT get any staff other then tangle gum. The ONLY ways to get other staffs is from C1s (higher magic level helps to get different staffs), from the start table (again...higher magic = more staffs), or from the Unholy Cursebearer boss.
