Im currently 70 prayer and get 24 prayer points per dose. When will this increase to 25, 26, etc? Is there a list with these facts somewhere?

Every 4 levels. Next one's at 72 for you.

At 96 prayer you won't get any more restoration w/ standard prayer pots w/o the holy wrench.

At 97 is the final "boost" w/ standard prayer pots and holy wrench.

At 98 is the final "boost" w/ super prayer pots w/ or w/o wrench.
