What I suggest adding to the guide:

Bob often hangs out in one of 2 locations, and provided there has not been a system update recently he can usually be found in either one by switching worlds a couple of times.

 

1) The section East of Draynor Manor grounds, West of the river Lum, North of the starters fence.

2) Death Plateau

 

Why?

I could explain why it happens if you request it, but for now I'm just posting the locations I found Bob in today on all 88 of the English speaking worlds. (Excluding W44 as it was offline)

 

36 Bobs -- Death Plateau

32 Bobs -- East of Manor

9 Bobs ---- North West of Goblin Village

6 Bobs ---- Catherby Fletching shop

2 Bobs ---- Catherby Docks

1 Bob ----- Seers Anvil

1 Bob ----- Fally farm Loom room.
