So it seems jagex has updated the way billing works...again. It's like every time i want to subscribe again the design is different.

Anyway I don't know if it's just me but I really can't find the place where i can pay with paybycash. All i get are the text message and credit card options.

Just go to rs main page, account management, login, extend membership, select your country, and there is a tab for pay by cash option under the payment method section.

 

At least for the U.S. you can pay by cash. I'm not sure if all countries have pay by cash option.

 

I have done it before its easy. You select length of membership you want, then print out an invoice and mail with payment.

 

But then again I'm in the U.S. so might not work for you.

 

EDIT: I just selected Estonia as my country and pay by cash was still there. (assuming you live in Estonia based on your location on prof)
