That leads to a temple in the wilderness, lvl 40 or so at the western edge of the wildy.

Not all of them are, these co-ordinate clues can take you all over the map.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If I recall right though, anything above 10' north is very likely to be in the wilderness...
