Generally there's not much a pmod could do in this case - like you, pmods are just regular players.

 

Jagex offers this thread (below) for account hijacking on their forums.

And/or change the password on a different computer; one that you know is clean.

He could use the acccount management area to lock his account. This would allow him to scan his computer and change his password/recover it without the risk of losing his account. He could then request it to be unlocked at a later date when he is sure it is clean.
