massicist Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 While kalphites don't offer much in the way of drops or charms, they're quite fast xp in the "do no evil" area, around the 60k/h mark with maxed combat and turmoil. While I have no direct experience with ranging them, or range slayer in general, I don't think it would lower your xp/h drastically, as the cannon does the majority of the work. They arent great, but they're certainly worth doing in the new dungeon as long as you don't mind cannoning.
