I want to know how I can stay a pure mage and get ancient magics and lunar magics. I don't want to add any unnecessary combat level boosts. A few of the quests add onto combat experience in attack, defense, and strength or other combat skills that I don't want.

Level 50 Magic

Level 65 Magic

Level 40 Defense

Level 5 Herblore

The Fremenik Trials - - How would I do this at a low combat level?

Lost City - - How would I handle this with low defense?

You can get range/str/def levels without affecting your combat level if your mage level is high enough

I understand. However, there are several quests that I can't complete at such low levels. Like The Fremenik Trials, is there someway to complete it without high attack and strength levels?

Lost city can be safespotted with magic, as far as i remember.

Aslong as nothing has changed.

are you a pure mage or mage/def?

 

also i've seen alot of mage pures with ancient staff so it must be possible, how about checking google?

actually my bad i was looking on youtube and google and apparently you do need range for some reason.

btw bear in mind you need 40 attack to wield the staff
