I have a crystal chime, how do I turn it back into a crystal saw? Thanks

Go to Brimstail's cave in the Tree Gnome Stronghold and use it on the fountain in the western room to get the Small Crystal Seed, then use it on the fountain again to get a crystal saw.

Use the Sing-glass option on the Singing Bowl to turn the Small crystal seed into a Crystal Saw. The Singing Bowl is in Brimstail's cave in the southwest corner of the Gnome Stronghold.
