I used to play ages ago, and i had a browser where i could choose worlds on the right and had an inbuilt combat calculator

swift switch was what you used it's now called swiftkit though and doesnt have the world changer thing but it really isnt needed

As above said, you're thinking of Swiftkit (or Swiftswitch) which is a 3rd party RS "add-on" - look up people on highscores, look up prices, guides, etc.

 

But really you can just have RuneWiki open on one tab and use the lobby to switch worlds now.
